Presidents: Rob Young and Dani Fenton

Rob Young and Dani Fenton used to be normal kids. Then a freak accident transformed them into something more powerful than the feeble human brain can even begin to comprehend: Cambridge J-Soc's President for Easter Term. With great power comes great responsibility, and Dani and Rob are certainly up to the challenge. Combining his quick wit with her infamously wicked laugh they are destined to bring great things to the society, including Wet T-Shirt Shabbat and Bring Your Dog to Friday Night Dinner evenings. Maybe. On a more serious note, exclusive celebrity guests and the most exciting party of the year - JSOC Garden Party on Suicide Sunday - mean that this will be an exciting presidency for the Robster and Danster. If you ever need the power of Dani and Rob, all you gots to do is challah!

Hey all!

The duties of secretary include: taking minutes at meetings, organising the summer garden party and manipulating levers of power within the Byzantine organisation that is JSOC. Should you have an opinion on minute taking style or any other matter please chat me up.

Ben

Publicity: Zac Kenton

Hey guys!

I'm Zac, and I'm very excited to be your new publicity officer! I'll be making the most intense term planner ever to entice you all to come to our fantastic events and get you hooked on Jsoc. I'll also be going crazy with artistic flair in creating mutlifarious publicity materials such as bog-standard posters; slightly more exciting flyers and lacking-an-adjective pigeonhole-postcards. I may even try and reach people through the medium of interpretive dance. Please get in touch with me if you want word spread about any event and I'll start up the rumour mill!

Interfaith Officers: Emilie Ferris and Elsien Van Pinxteren

We are Emilie Ferris and Elsien van Pinxteren, your new Interfaith Representatives. Amongst our aims for this year and beyond, we hope to encourage a friendly and understanding attitude between ourselves and the other religious societies and organisations in Cambridge. This February, we will be attending the Cambridge Green Week, a formally chaired event in which religious societies discuss ethical affairs relating to climate change and the solution, according to their religious convictions. We are also looking forward to arranging the Middle Eastern Event in March, hopefully in conjuction with Islam and Christian society. For further information or questions you can e-mail us.
